Restorative Yoga is deeply relaxing. In this class you will hold postures for 5 to 20 minutes completely supported with props. Blankets, bolsters, blocks. Benefits may include: Reduced Stress & Anxiety, Improved Immunity, Fertility, Digestion, Aids Insomnia, Release of choked up emotions & tension in the body. No experience needed. Gentle on the body. Some props are available (blankets, bolsters, blocks) however, if you have your own, please feel free to bring so there is enough for all. Donation based class. We ask you simply pay what you can.
