Costume? Check. Goodie bag? Check. A love of all things haunted and scary? Check. A stomach of iron to withstand all the candy that will be soon be ingested? Check. Well, it sounds like you’re right on track in your Halloween preparations! We’ll help you fill in the blanks about where to enjoy all the ghoulishly good festivities this year.

Most events are happening the weekend before October 31, so we’d suggest that you pack all the fun into the Saturday and Sunday and then hit the streets for trick-or-treating on Tuesday night. If you and/or your children are going trick-or-treating, be sure to lay down a few ground rules so that everyone is safe: plan a route in advance and stick to it, stay in well-lit areas, and trick-or-treat in a group.

Maybe you’re not a fan of scary things but would like to partake in some autumn-themed activities on Halloween or in the days leading up to it, or maybe Halloween is your favorite holiday and you want to pack in as much as you can. Either way, we’ve got it all for you! Keep reading!
